Our network reliability and performance are checked continually 24/7/365 a year at our Network Operations Center (NOC) by a staff of experienced IP engineers. They work around the clock to make sure our customers' services are operating efficiently and securely. The NOC's goal is to identify and resolve issues before they can become a problem. Our Fault & Performance Management Group reviews on-going metrics and determines how to keep the system operating at optimum performance.
